The Midsummer Knight's Dream
I was first introduced to these little puppets when a friend invited me to the Kansas City Ren Fair and I fell absolutely in love with them. Most think they're creepy but I think them the most adorable little things, and fun. I have two of the bosum buddies - a unicorn named Woot who even now is sitting at the computer desk, protecting it, and a dragon named Giacomo who guards my radio. Every year during our church Halloween dance (yes, I'm well aware that to many of you that sounds like an oxymoron) I always dress up as something that allows me to carry one of the two puppets in my pocket. And it's a blast! I'm always freaking people out with them. I even took Woot to the movies twice.
My dream is to get one of the larger shoulder-riding dragons, and right now I'm saving up for it. Hopefully I'll be able to get it by summer time. Definitely a must have for an uber dragon-obsessed geek.
