Ah, mashed potatoes. I'm a little wary of the mashed potatoes since sometimes, for us, they can come out a little - off: too dry, too wet, or with a weird texture. I shouldn't complain, though, since we use the dehydrated potatoes rather than the real ones. WE can never whip the real ones perfectly smooth. There's always lumps.
