I really enjoyed this; I like Neal and Diana's friendship a lot, and you got their sibling-like interplay just right.

ETA: Oh, and I forgot to mention how completely, absolutely Neal it is to push on through the pain and not let on that anything's wrong; I think you captured him perfectly. :)
