Yay, this was great! Loved the interaction between John and Ronon, and the rock spiders and toxin were creative twists. You should somehow incorporate the toxin into another story, it sounds like an interesting (and nasty) substance. And poor John, more bugs...

Haver was a cool not-exactly-bad-guy too. He kept reminding me of Crowley on Supernatural for some reason. :)
