I Solemnly Swear to Stop Writing for Big Bangs

This is me trying to make it as official as possible that after my current Big Bang project, I will no longer be participating in Big Bangs. Fic exchanges and stocking stuffers? Maybe. But writing for Big Bangs has been like pulling teeth, lately. Twice I've nearly backed out because the stories were giving me such trouble, and pushing forward was feeling too much like working at a very unpleasant job. I think I should take this as a sign - no more Big Bangs. Writing should never feel like a chore.

ETA: Writing this after having finally finished writing my final Big Bang story has made me feel considerably lighter. Don't take this the wrong way - I've always enjoyed writing for Big Bangs - but these days I have so much else I need to do that I really need to stop committing myself to things with deadlines, especially since my story ideas often end up longer than intended.
