There is no reason for you not to continue this, missy. I'd keep short and sweet and create a series, Adventures of the Daedalus, or something. Could be fun in a Firefly kind of way. But with your unique approach, of course.

I like AUs that keep in character, and actually have a plot. So many AUs end up a little weird. But I have my favorites, and now I have one more.
