Help!... Again

Does anyone have a nice clean, clear picture of the scene from Home (SGA, of course) where Sheppard's draped over the chair in that loose-limbed, slinky way of his? It's after they visit the planet and are having a meeting about going back to earth. It's used a lot in making icons, and in the icons the picture is a lot brighter than what I found on stargatecaps.com.

There's a drawing I've been wanting to do forever, but could never find the right pose until I came across and icon using that scene.

I love that shot ... it's in several vids, but I wasn't quite sure which episode it came from.
