Yeah, I like my stuffing on the side rather than in the turkey. I'm a bit of a separate food junky. Food must not touch! (which is mostly a futile attempt, especially on Thanks Giving). But if it's gravy, that's cool. Stuffing and gravy together is the best :D
Do you eat ground turkey? We've started using it instead of hamburger and love it. It has just the right amount of flavor, not too dominating so it's all you taste, but not so underwhelmig that you don't taste anything. And, I could be wrong, but I think it's supposed to be better for you.
