I don't know why (maybe it's because I could easily be defined as an "overly giddy geek" ;-) LOL) but this line made me laugh really hard.
The one thing that kept distracting me is that you keep writing "LSD" when I think you mean "LCD"? The display is an LCD, it stands for "liquid crystal display", and LSD is the drug lysergic acid diethylamide, which causes hallucinations.
