This was really creepy and I think that you had poor Neal whumped pretty much even though the aim was more psychological than physical. Hunger can be extremely painful and to be given so little food in six days can really mess with a person's mind. Not only does the stomach hurt but, given that Neal has so little body fat, he would start burning protein which could cause excrutiating chest pains. He'd feel dizzy and ironiclly hungry and nausous at the same time. Plus his limbs would tremble. What you put him through was really pretty bad. I'm not complaining. I like Neal Whump. Excellent story.
