I think you whumped Neal pretty good. Starvation hurts and he had part of one meal in six days! His stomach would have given him pain and he would have been experiencing severe chest pains as well. He'd be light-headed, dizzy and both nauseous and hungry at the same time. Neal has practically no body fat and so he'd be burning muscle and therefore he'd be experiencing all the debilitation of a diabetic going into insulin shock.
However, I loved the story, the OC was particularly creepy and I loved how he couldn't figure out why Peter hadn't come for him.
