Oh, this was absolutely fantastic, and exactly what I wanted. :D :D :D I love the scenario that you came up with -- how you managed to separate Peter from his FBI support system and force him to rely on Mozzie in a way that made perfect sense. Their back-and-forth banter is perfect, just the right blend of suspicion, snark, and a certain wary mutual trust (at least where Neal is concerned). I love the Russian spy stuff (he even got to use the banana! :D), and the little glimpses of worry on the parts of all concerned, and Mozzie being all cool under cover -- he really is capable of it, and it was a lot of fun to see his dangerous, calm, Dentist of Detroit side. And the details are great: the slightly scuffed but expensive furniture in Mozzie's hideout, the unseen Javier. Thank you so much for picking up my prompt! This was exactly what I was hoping for! :)
