I totally did not mean for this to be a poem. But, yes, I've got a Facebook page, strictly author related with the possibility of book recs. Here's where you can find it if you want to take a look.

Now that it's up I do feel a little better about giving it a go, and kind of wonder if my reluctance was in part trying to navigate around something that everyone has known about for ages. Well, that and my brother - you can be a bit of a pessimist - made me paranoid about it.

I am truly beginning to hate that website. It's a time waster and the trolls are enough to piss off a saint.

I spend only a few minutes a day on it, as my son lives in another country and I also have friends in other countries. My own mother has pissed me off there.

Terrible place to be.

That's why I'm using it for author stuff and only author stuff. Facebook is too much the antithesis of who I am for me to feel comfortable with it, which is why getting myself to use it was like pulling teeth. Right now only friends and family know about it, but I dread the day the trolls find their way there :/
