Yay! I had read this in the Jumper Bay, and when I went back to reread it, I found that the whole site had disappeared. Yay for LJ!

Anyways, great story! I was just rewatching Doppleganger and noticing the length of the bed (which is what inspired the reread). It is way too short!

(PS, those are Carson's turtles, right? Cause if so, so much squee!)
