So... guess what? Seems like I'll be taking a break from the computer as well as our is pretty much dead! Horribly, horribly dead! :P:P:P That means having to send it off to my brother to get it fixed. :P:P:P. Right now I'm using my sister's laptop, and she spends about as much time on the net as I do, so my time on the net is very limited unless I can get it working on my laptop (which, thus far, isn't happening).

So if I don't respond to replies and such, that's why. I've stressed to by brother the need to have a working computer before the 29th, which is when the first draft of the Big Bang fic is due, so hopefully it won't take several months before I have a computer again.

If it wasn't for Big Bang I would see this more as a good thing since I need a break from the net as well. But Big Bang has made it a bit stressful.

So sorry Chica!

I totally feel your pain. My laptop died (of old age) two months ago. I was lucky that I had been saving for a new one and that there were laptops on sale at Costco.

I would go seriously crazy if not for my computer.

My sister is letting me use her laptop so it's not all bad :D Truth is, if it wasn't for Big Bang i probably wouldn't mind not having it since i need to cut back on how much time I spend on the Net. But, then, it only takes a day or two before the withdrawal hits, then I'm chomping at the bit to get the computer back :P

If not for being in school to brush up on my math skills, I'd be doing an archaeological survey in Lake Tahoe right now. No internet, no computer...

I'd love it at first, then I'd go through withdrawls just like you thought you would!
