Three more days, then SGA Big Bang!

SGA Big Bang is close at hand - Nov. 12: that's this Thursday. Lots and lots of reading is in our future :D

And I would like to encourage all those who read that, should you enjoy what you read, please, please, please don't forget to let the writer know that all their hard work was appreciated. i.e. don't forget to review. Between the story lengths (the word limit is set at 40,000), the various due dates involved, having to have more than one beta beta and RL issues, writing for Big Bang was a labor of love plus blood, sweat and tears. Everyone worked hard on their stories, so don't let them feel like all that effort has gone to waste. If you like what you read, then review it. 

Same with the artists. Like their artwork? Then let them know.

I totally conquer. There is so much blood, sweat, and tears that go into this. Please, please, let those who had to meet deadlines and spend too many nights slaving away know you enjoyed their work.

Is it really the 12 that the site goes live? Thought it was the 14th, but I'm dial up so I can't look it up. Was hoping Beth and I had a couple days to finish posting our fic before it got drowned out.

Heh, I thought it was the 17th for some reason ;) But I checked their calendars and they had Big Bang going live from the 12the to the 14th. Maybe it's actually not necessarily on the 12th but anywhere from the 12th to the 14th (if they have technical difficulties and need more time)? But according to the calendars, it looks like it begins on the 12th.
