How the Crap did that Happen?
Aug. 20th, 2012 03:50 pmSo... apparently I've gone from one, maybe two migraines a year to what seems to be a migraine every month. Although last month I think it was two migraines :S
All I can figure is that it's either A: my allergies B: Stress or C: a combination of the two. I talked to my mom about this and she asked me what I've been stressed about, which made me want to face-palm because, hello! We have family staying with us and she knows good and well how a crowded house has a way of eventually getting to me. It's not that the family staying with us is stressful to be around or anything - they aren't - but you know how it is when you're around people you haven't been around in a long time. It usually means having to endure things you're not used to, that you never really get used to, and that kind of get to you after a while. Then, suddenly, things that were no big deal become a constant source of aggravation.
And I'm thinking that may be provoking my migraines. In the past, sometimes when they've happened they've just happened, but other times there was a source of stress present, and I've been pretty dang aggravated the past two weeks (not just about the crowded house but other things as well). So, yeah... an endless cycle maybe? Ugh.
If it is allergies, then for once I look forward to winter :/
