Intermission - Does anyone know?

Does anyone know - if you leave a community, will anything you post on that community be removed? Or will it stay? I had to join a community I didn't want to because I needed to post something there, but I'd rather not remain a member as there is stuff showing up on my friend's page I'm not too happy about.

If you leave a community your old posts remain. So if you want them removed, you'll need to do it before you go.

I want the post to stay, I just don't want to remain in the community. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
