That's right, I found a gen Haven story. And a well written gen Haven story (though there are teeny-tiny hints of pre-het at the very end, but no more than what the show has given us).

Beneath the Sandglass by Artemis Rayne

Summary: What looked like a simple suicide takes a turn for the worst when a disturbing pattern crops up across Haven, pitting Audrey and Nathan against the Troubles once more. When it infects one of their own, can they solve the case before their time runs out?

Rating: PG-13

Characters: Audrey, Nathan, some Duke.

If anyone else has happened upon any gen Haven fic, please let me know. Most especially if they are Nathan centric.

Thank you thank you thank you for the rec! I love Haven, and Nathan, and didn't even think there was any decent haven fic to be found out there.

It was a major surprise to find this among all the romance and romantic one-shots. For once my curiosity and persistence paid off :D
