Going out to eat and getting something you can't make at home

Spring green
Walking through the field in the summer or fall
Going to the library on a sunny day
Going to a mall and finding stores you can't find anywhere else
Waterslide parks
Swimming
A day at the beach
The smells at county fairs and amusement parks
Cats
Petting cats
Watching my fish swim
Accomplishing something, especially a long goal
A clean bedroom
Getting a baby to smile at you
Getting a baby to giggle
Playing with my nieces and nephews
Taking a trip and enjoying the scenery
Doing fun things with family and/or friends
Knowing you did the right thing/made the right choice
Helping someone out
Being warm in bed on a cold, wet day
Being warm, period
Finally feeling comfortable enough around someone to really open up and have fun (this tends to take a very long while with me).
Going in with low to no expectations (or completely doubting) and being pleasantly surprised.
A new story idea that really takes off
Getting something you've wanted forever
Getting a good feeling about a movie or book, and being right
Being able to focus on the here and now, and not all the problems in the world.
Knowing that no matter what happens, everything will eventually be all right.

Most of the things you mentioned makes me happy too. Feeling comfortable around someone tends to take me some time too, so it's nice to see I'm not alone in that:-)
I would add few more items to your list.
Watching the sunset
Looking at the sky/moon/stars... I'm totally fascinated by the sky and clouds.
Going for a walk in the nature with my camera and taking the right picture.
The play of light inside the forest
Dooogs
Geocaching
And many more:-)

Oh, good ones :D Although, for me, I'm kind of on the fence with dogs. I do like dogs, but I sometimes find them aggravating. We have one dog that likes to go after my cats for no reason, and two dogs who have barks like an explosion that'll send you through the roof, and they like to be noisy at the worst possible times (like when we're trying to sleep, or watch an intense show).

I just changed the cat litter, vacuumed and cleaned out the fish tank, and I keep going back in to revel in how clean and shiny it all is :D (although I think I may have traumatized the poor fish).

Tackling a run that has given me trouble every time and beating it. There's one part that still gives me trouble but I'll get the bugger!
