Prompt me Please?

I need some Merlin prompts. I have a hankerin' for some Merlin whump but can't seem to think of anything beyond what I've already written. So prompt me. Gen and Merlin!whump only, please. No reveal fic as I'm not quite ready to tackle that, yet (although after the reveal is fine).

I've got a hankering for some Merlin/Lancelot friendship fic. Perhaps something along the lines... Arthur and the knights are off on a mission. Merlin wanders off collecting firewood or fetching water (some sorta chore) and something happens to him. The knights separate to search for him when he doesn't return. Lancelot finds him, but ends up whumped as well, and they must rely on Lancelot's valor and Merlin's magic to save each other and get back to their friends.

How about something at the very start of Merlin's career? I have the feeling that most of the other servants wouldn't be happy at first about the upstart, who just came along a snatched away one of the best jobs. (throw in some early interactions between Arthur and Merlin, with Athur realizing that Merlin can do some things his other servants couldn't do (like reading or thinking for himself) and I'll give you some cookies.) Either way, I can see them making his job as difficult as possible.
Or a classic about Merlin being in the stocks.

I think it would be interesting to see some sort of Daemon idea featuring Merlin. There is a lot of debate as to what sort of daemon he would have and since he has magic whether or not it could be far away from him like those of the witches in "His Dark Materials". Perhaps in some platonic way (not much of a slash fan am I) Arthur and his daemon comfort Merlin and his daemon after some horrible circumstance, say, they were cruelly and in a non-permanent way separated.
You could also do some sort of mental age regression or Merlin somehow withdrawing into himself where he only regards Arthur as safe and if he breaks physical or visual contact with him it makes him nervous and agitated to the point of a panic attack

I am also a Merlin whumper. I have SO many of these (as I have a story on Fanfiction.net dedicated specifically to Merlin Hurt/Comfort fic.
I'll just give you some of the ones I want to see most:

1. Merlin is bitten or stung by some kind of poisonous creature, like a spider or a scorpion or a snake or maybe something magical, and Arthur tends to him.

2. Merlin keeps screwing up on chores and such, and Arthur yells at him, as usual. But Merlin thinks that this time, Arthur is truly angry at him, so when he injures himself, he hides it, so as not to make Arthur angrier. Arthur finds out. And is angry.

3. I'd also really love to see something bad happen to Merlin, like getting shot with an arrow, and have it be Arthur's fault. The guilt mixed with the "I shouldn't be guilty, I'm the Prince!" would be super adorable.
