Drawing - Anything for Any One of You

The reason for the screenshots. First Shep-drawing so please be kind. Drawing people makes me nervous.

This was inspired by a number of stories in which Sheppard takes punishment for someone else - usually a whipping.

I can draw faces, but, for some reason, they make me nervous (I always feel bad that I can never get them quite right the first time). I'm not used to drawing bodies, either, so apologies if anything seems out of proportion, odd or if this doesn't look like Shep. Personally, I'm quite pleased with the way it came out. Yes, it isn't perfect, could probably use some tweaking, but it's not as bad as when I first started drawing it. Plus, I knew if I kept tweaking it, I'd probably end up making it worse, so left it as is.

YOu are braver then me..I cna draw but not faces...bone structure and things like noses and mouths....too tough. Good job at your first Sheppard sketch.....though you scarred the poor man. lol

Keep at it, the more you try things the more comfortable you'll be.

Thank you. Yeah, noses and mouths - lips especially - drive me nuts. I can't stand trying to draw mouths because of lips.

Which is why I intend to do more pictures. There's so many people-pictures I want to do (there's this Obi-Wan picture I've been wanting to draw forever, a scene of him after a battle with droids) but it takes me forever to work up the courage to draw someone.
