The Completely Gen, Non-Kink Meme?

I've been thinking on and off about doing a challenge meme or comment fic based on all the kink challenges I keep hearing about, but making it entirely gen.

The challenge would be to write completely gen stories for prompts normally used to write pairing stories. For example, John and Rodney get married, or John is a slave and Rodney owns him, or bondage, or cuddling, or whatever. But there can't be any pairings, pre-pairings, or anything sexual. It has to be pure gen.

What do you all think? Does this sound like something you would be interested in participating in (and helping me out with, because I only have a basic idea of the kind of prompts that are used in kink memes)? I don't plan on doing this until after the holiday season and before the gen ficathon... if I remember to. Hope I remember to :S I may need some reminding.

ETA: Opinions? Anyone, anyone? Beuler? *taps screen* Where is everyone?

Kink is typically associated with something sexual and I looked it up to make sure. Could you elaborate more?

Yes, this.

I wasn't really sure what to call this since, yeah, it's not a kink meme (I was thinking non-kink meme. Maybe I'll change the name to that. Or Kink-free meme?). The prompts will be prompts normally found in kink memes and normally used to generate pairing/porn fic. But for this meme, the challenge is to take a prompt normally found in said kink memes and to write gen. Using my example from the post, how would you write a story with the prompt "John and Rodney (or who ever) get married" or "team cuddling" or "massages" or "Rodney owns John" (or vice versa) and make it completely, utterly gen.

Hope that clears things up. I know what I want the challenge to be but coming up with ahn appropriate title that doesn't scare people off is proving tricky.

Okay, like when penknife did her minimarathon but with actual prompts. Yeah, I like the idea.

Thanks for the link :D I will take this idea into consideration, though at the moment I seem to be leaning toward comment fic. I want it to be something easy, something people can do at their leisure with no due dates or "must be done!" obligations, since there's a good chance that what with all the writing stuff going on now people are going to be skirting the edge of being burned out by holiday's end.
